In September 2023 – Centurion Group, a portfolio company of Houston-based private equity fund, SCF Partners, announced the acquisition of British Columbia-based, Whitetail Energy Services Inc.
Based in British Columbia, Canada, Whitetail Energy Services is a leading provider of modern accommodations, communication and ancillary equipment and integrated service solutions to critical industries. The acquisition of Whitetail expands the Centurion’s geographic footprint in British Columbia, providing access to the high-growth Montney gas basin, renewables and infrastructure projects.
