Specializing in providing secure data and voice communication solutions to remote industrial sites, the Company operates an industry-leading rental fleet of communications packages, mobile comm. towers, cellular repeaters, intrinsically safe portable radio packages, internet rental packages (cellular, satellite and point to point ISP) and drilling rig camera systems. The Company also rents wellsite accommodations, and other ancillary drilling and production rental equipment.
The Company is on track to deliver $6.5MM revenue and $2.2MM EBITDA (34% margin) for FY22 (YE Dec. 31st) and enjoys high free-cash-flow due to strong recurring revenues and very modest capital requirements.
