The Company provides a range of services to remote communities, government agencies, and industrial clients across the Canadian provinces and northern territories. The Company specializes in providing Patient Transport Services, Remote Medical, Community Paramedicine, Equipment Supply, and Clinical Education. The management team has built a profitable and sustainable business characterized by long-term, and renewing contracts, high client retention, and a demonstrated ability to thrive despite economic headwinds, remote operations, and inflation.
The Company is forecasting FY23 revenues and EBITDA of $38 million and $5.4 million, respectively with 85% of revenues derived from multi-year contracts.
