November 18 th , 2021 – Centurion Group, a portfolio company of Houston-based private equity fund, SCF Partners, announced the acquisition of Alberta-based, Polar Septic Systems.
Polar has a well-established footprint in providing scalable waste treatment plants and ancillary services to energy, heavy industry and remote-camp companies serving the Construction, Energy, and Mining sectors across western Canada.
The transaction allows UK-based Centurion, to expand the range of services provided
through it’s various operating entities in the Canadian market.
