OEMS provides Remote Health Care Services in the form of Occupational Medical Physician
Services, Occupational Healthcare Services, Occupational Hygiene, and Emergency Medicine to large energy, infrastructure, mining, and government clients across Canada.

Stormont acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the OEMS shareholders, in performing the following activities:
