December, 2024 – Pantheon Row Ventures, a Canadian search fund stewarded by Jon DeCoste, acquired ownership of Metalex Metal Buildings Inc. (Metalex) a leading player in the design, fabrication, and installation of Self Framing buildings and Polyurethane Foam Panel buildings.
From its facility in Stettler, Alberta Metalex manufactures and sells metal building solutions to wholesale distributors and end-user customers in the energy, utilidor, power generation, municipal, and agriculture sectors. In addition, Metalex fabricates a variety of specialty and custom order products with a range of applications including electrical generation and industrial noise suppression.
