March 31 st , 2023 – Centurion Group, a portfolio company of Houston-based private equity fund, SCF Partners, announced the acquisition of Alberta-based, Blue Drop Solutions.
Blue Drop Solutions is a premium provider of certified, full-service wastewater and water treatment operators to energy, heavy industry, and remote-camp operators through the provision of water treatment plants, sewage tanks, and potable water storage tanks.
The transaction allows UK-based, Centurion, to expand its existing footprint and field support to the Waste Treatment Rentals segment in Canadian market.
