(CIP) a premium paramedic and rescue services company specializing in providing advanced medical, firefighting and rescue services to industrial clients operating in remote locations and large facilities throughout western Canada.
Stormont acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the company and its shareholders including:
- Identified suitable strategic and private equity partners
- Managed the process with multiple counter-parties
- Negotiated commercial terms
- Closed the transaction
Singapore-based International SOS is a global provider of remote medical and travel security services, helping organizations protect their people around the world.
This transaction provided liquidity to the CIP shareholders as well as a growth-oriented partner to support the company’s ambitions to further expand operations in Western Canada.
