Stormont Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the following successful transaction in the Asset and Personnel Tracking market segment.

On March 17 th , 2020 Certified Tracking Solutions (TitanGPS) acquired the Central Asset Management System (CAMS) solution from Aware 360. The acquisition includes the CAMS for Enforcement, CAMS for Public Works, CAMS Emergency, and CAMS Supervisor modules.
 
Aware360’s Central Asset Management System (CAMS) connects workers and people-at- risk to its SafetyAware™ platform, allowing municipalities and counties to help manage their public works assets, enforcement, and emergency personnel, enabling public entities to monitor their assets in detail anywhere, anytime.
 
Stormont acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Aware360, performing the following activities:

• Identified suitable target buyers
• Managed a competitive process with multiple counter-parties
• Negotiated commercial terms
• Managed due diligence
• Closed the sale of the CAMS entity

 
This transaction provided Aware360 with liquidity to fund strategic growth in other areas of its business.
